BRAND NEW WEBSITE!
Hello all! That's right, this is an ALL NEW WEBSITE. New software, new server, new everything. If you have had an account on the old website, you will need to create a new one. Sorry, the old ones didn't transfer over. But, it's an opportunity to start fresh!
Of course the most important part of any business, online or off is YOU, the customer. Your Parrot Place is more of a community than an online parrot supply store. Please, please let me know your comments and suggestions about Your Parrot Place, any part of it, not just the website. You will notice on this new website that my email address is not anywhere to be found. There is a "Contact Us" or a "Leave a Message" button, either one will email me. There is a good reason for that! Those darn SPAMMY things picked up my email address off the old website constantly. I get about 100 junk mails a day. So, just trying to cut down the old load on the inbox.
Registration is NOT required to shop. However, if you want to take advantage of some of our new features, you should register!
This new website has LOTS of helpful features. Here are just a few:
- The ability to Backorder or Preorder certain items (and track the status of it all in your order history!) Your Parrot Place is a small business with no huge warehouses or anything like that. We can't always carry everything we would like to. But, what we do have is really GREAT relationships with our vendors. (Not to mention that even after SEVEN YEARS of running this place, I still can't make a good guess as to how many of what to order when. ~ Tanya <big smile>)
- Order History - This is probably the best I have seen. What's even better than an order history? The ability to re-order all or part of the orders in your order history with just a click. You can also track shipping information here!
- Room for multiple product pictures!
- More Product Information then EVER before. Even customer product ratings and comments to help you choose the right items for your parrots. Now you can also help others based on your experience.
Website / Technical Problems
We hope you have a pleasant experience shopping with us! However, from time to time an error may occur. If something unexpected happens while browsing the website (or any website) just click the ""Refresh" button on your web browser. Most times, that's all your browser needed and you can continue on your merry way! If you do have difficulties, remember that you can always call and place your order.
Calling In Your Order
Tanya is available much of the time, but being a small business cannot be by the phone all the time. So, please leave a message or your order information on voice mail and she will get right on it when she is back in the office.
